(I hate it when people say "THIS" to emphasize they love something but here I am doing something I usually hate) "THIS":

"they are only attracting more and more ignorance to themselves (not positivity) and thereby directly contributing to and ensuring the continuance of that very darkness which they naively believe themselves to be ‘above’ and ‘too good for’.

What a gem, this piece from your friend, Nadim Jamal. Well articulated. I have known many those speak those exact words, "love and light", as if that were the only thing to pay any attention to. Yes, love and light are essential, but their counterparts are shadowing them, shall I say, and it's important to pay attention to shadowy figures!
