Yes, love and light are essential, but their counterparts are shadowing them, shall I say, and it's important to pay attention to shadowy figures!

Social media is one thing. But sitting in the presence of another person who has facial expressions, and moods that exude, and opinions articulated with finesse and drama and tone and inflection ... you cant replicate that. And that’s where the deep shows up.
